Every user signs in as Admin, Accountant or Viewer, with hashed passwords and auto-lock after inactivity. Every change and sign-in goes to the audit log. A backup runs every day and the last 14 are kept.يدخل كل مستخدم بصلاحية مدير أو محاسب أو مشاهد، بكلمات مرور مشفّرة وقفل تلقائي بعد الخمول. ويُسجَّل كل تغيير وكل تسجيل دخول في سجل التدقيق. وتُؤخذ نسخة احتياطية كل يوم، ويُحتفظ بآخر 14 نسخة.
The last 14 daily backups, ending today in red. Full backups of data and documents can be AES-256 encrypted.آخر 14 نسخة يومية، وآخرها نسخة اليوم باللون الأحمر. ويمكن تشفير النسخة الكاملة للبيانات والمستندات بمعيار AES-256.
